Why are Internal Hemorrhoids so hard to treat?

Unless you regularly check for the tell tale signs informing you that you have internal hemorrhoids then you could be living with them for a long time before they become you realize and they have become a major problem.

Just like with cancer not diagnosing internal hemorrhoids early makes them much harder to treat. So what should you look for to give you the early warning you need?

Signs of internal hemorrhoids:

·         Blood on stools

·         See blood on tissue

·         Feeling discomfort when passing stools.

Although these are very clear signs of internal hemorrhoids, let’s face it for most of us we do not tend to examine our stools or wipes looking for blood. Generally the original discovery of our internal hemorrhoids is either by a chance glance (takes a few as most dismiss them) at the bowl or something motivating you to look.

I wish I could say to you that the solution was as easy as buying that cream and using the applicator to reach that hard to reach place, would cure your internal hemorrhoids, but I would be lying. These creams are just a short fix, which means you will be watching your stools for the rest of your life.

By the time most people discover that they have internal hemorrhoids, they are at the stage when creams and oils are if lucky a temporary solutions and surgery extreme and no guarantee.  Even if you discover your internal hemorrhoids the truth is that most treatments out there will not on the long term help.

So what is the answer so we can cure our internal hemorrhoids?

Strangely enough your first port of call is generally the wrong one. That is the pharmacist or your local doctor. Please try them first, just so you really appreciate the value of H Miracle, which is the way I cured myself of internal hemorrhoids.

The strange thing is that H Miracle was recommended to me by a friend that had been cured with external hemorrhoids who said “It claims to cure both, so try it.”  Ok he ranted and raved a bit, but that is not relevant. What you need to know is that it worked – No I mean really worked.

And to my shock and surprise, my internal hemorrhoids have shrunk, and I havent had a relapse. No pain, no bleeding, no swelling, no itching. Nothing. And most of all no fear. I have had one for some time now, but today the pain was excruciating and I noticed I have what appears to be another one. It is so painful. In order to avoid wasting any time on curing these, should I go to my normal physician or my gynecologist? Also…any recommendations on how to ease the pain until then?

ALSO: The past two years I have been having a lot of pain during sex, almost like an internal burning sensation. I have been sexually active for over 2 years and never experienced this pain before. Could this be a result of the hemorrhoids?

(I was recently tested for STDs so those are out of the question! thx)

for the hemorrhoids, visit your regular doc!

but as for the burning, it can be a number of things. if you’re using a condom, you could be allergic to latex, or there could be a lack of lubrication that’s causing discomfort. there could also be too much pressure on your urethra or you could be pushing fluids into your urethra that causes discomfort. or perhaps a urinary tract infection. check your urine for a strange odor, discomfort while urinating, or irregular color. check with your doctor first, and if they know what it is, go from there. unless your regular physician notices something strange, in which case go to your gyno ASAP! good luck, i hope everything ends up being all right.

do u have any cure ideas for internal and external hemroids, they have been acting up for a week now, i cant function, it hurts when i sit when i stand and when i walk, i havent been sleeping either ,it is painfull and burning i want to kill my self i used the hemroid ointments and ice and wipes and ot tub nothing is working should i get a surgery ? did any of u had surgery done for your hemroids? do u recomend it? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

i have them, they are the worst. my aunt had surgery for them and she said it was painful, but, to each his own, i’d rather get surgery then live with that discomfort

I have recently seen blood after a bowel movement. I do not believe the blood is from the stool and have seen it streaming after a trip to the rest room. I have no discomfort but have felt some swelling. From the reading I have done I believe it is an internal hemorrhoid, but I have not been able to determine in a minor case if it will heal over time or anything else. When I first noticed the bleeding I had exhibited some pressure during the bowel movement, but normally I am very normal. I am not overweight and I eat a balanced diet since I participate in multiple sports. Will this heal over time or do I need to see a doctor for some procedure?

You must see a proctologist who will determine the cause of your bleeding.
If you have hemorrhoids, I recommend natural (herbal) treatment as a first option. See http://herbalhemorrhoids.blogspot.com/
They don’t try to sell you anything, the site is informative.
Herbal hemorrhoid remedies are a kind of treatment for the said ailment that is gaining a huge amount of recognition among patients and health experts alike.

If this treatment doesn’t work in a short term, my best advice is to see a proctologist, who treats hemorrhoids with surgery or other alternative procedures.

it doesnt hurt and its not bleeding but i know its there. ive been trying to drink more water and eat about 25 or so grams of fiber a day, along with apples and green beans. i was told this would help

aldo laying off the caffeine too

For relief of Hemorrhoidal Discomfort
Prevent or correct constipation. Eat plenty of high-fiber foods including bran, fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water and other fluids. Also, psyllium-containing products and stool softeners may be helpful. Include exercise in your daily routine.

Avoid straining during defecation or sitting on the toilet for a prolonged period of time.

If hemorrhoids extend outside the anal canal, ice compresses may ease the swelling.

Sitting in warm water for approximately 15 minutes at a time may ease the symptoms. Adding Epsom salt to the water helps relieve the inflammation. Sitz baths taken several times a day will also provide a soothing effect.

Prior to administering any medication, the anal area should be cleansed gently with warm water by dabbing—not wiping—the area. Avoid scented and colored tissue. The use of moistened cleansing tissues is recommended.

Do not sit for prolong periods of time. Take short walks or stand and stretch periodically.

Avoid any activities that require heavy lifting of objects.

Avoid foods and drinks that may make hemorrhoids worse, including spicy food, nuts, coffee and alcohol.

Contact your physician if your symptoms do not improve after seven days of self-treatment. Also, notify your physician promptly if bleeding, seepage or severe pain occurs.

Do not use over-the-counter products that contain a vasoconstrictor (e.g., ephedrine, epinephrine, phenylephrine HCI) if you have any of the following: cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, difficulty in urination, or if you are taking an antidepressant medication.
