You would be amazed, when it involves internal hemroids, simply how little people actually know.

Would you be stunned to know that at this point on our planet there are millions handling the pain of having hemroids. In fact if you are over 50 years then there’s a 50/50 probability you are one of these millions.

There are two varieties of hemroids, external and internal hemroids and they’re located around the anus or rectum. Basically they are a type of varicose vein, which are swollen and enlarged veins which typically are blue or dark purple. They’ll additionally be lumpy, bulging or twisted in appearance.

The causes of hemroids vary, but result in an excessive amount of pressure put on the veins within the rectum, forcing blood to stretch and bulge the walls of the veins, generally rupturing them.

Constipation is just one of many common causes of hemroids. There are several other causes many based around your diet, like a deficiency of vitamin B6 or overeating and being overweight. Also if you’re affected by fatigue or maybe doing heavy lifting, may cause hemroids.

Other contri butory factors to getting hemroids can be if you are standing or sitting for extensive periods and a scarcity of exercise. Finally an alkaline or acid imbalance, may cause the walls of your veins to weaken, which will result in hemroids.

If you’re a hemroid sufferer then a number of the symptoms you can be experiencing are:-

  • Bright red blood on the stool, on toilet tissue, or within the toilet bowl.
  • Irritation and itching around the anus.
  • Hard lumps and even painful swelling around the anal opening.

External hemroids may show up as lumps close to or on the edge of the anal opening, whereas internal hemroids can be unseen unless they protrude through the anal opening, in which case they are referred to as prolapsed hemroids.

Remember to always check with a medical professional. Once it is confirmed that you’ve got hemroids, than typically you may be given some cream that could provide some comfort, however will not be a permanent cure.

If you wish to avoid years of suffering and expense then I advocate a natural permanent cure for hemroids. There are literally thousands of people just like you who have found a cure this way.

I didn’t know I needed an internal hemorrhoid treatment simply because I did not realize I had internal hemorrhoids. Like so many others the first clue I had was when I noticed blood after being to the toilet.

Click here if you want to see the cure for my internal hemorrhoids.

If you do ever notice any blood after passing stool, then I suggest you go straight to your doctor, rather than like me wait a week worrying about it. Although internal hemorrhoids are not generally painful or uncomfortable, unless they become prolapsed, the same symptom of bleeding could be of something more serious, which is why the check up is very important.

Thankfully the doctor confirmed that I had internal hemorrhoids and gave me a cream. This actually seemed to work and the bleeding stopped, so I stopped using the cream, then the bleeding came back – sound familiar?

So I started to read up about internal hemorrhoids. The first thing I learnt was that a hemorrhoid is when a blood vessel swells, presses against the anal wall internal or externally. Exerting yourself, while passing a stool can cause this thin wall to break and hence the bleeding.

The important thing then is that you should not force or strain your bowel movements. However, this was easier said than done, as sometimes you have little choice. This problem took me into the area of diet as I learned more about what to eat and not to eat.

The thing is there is a mass of information on the net, but so little of it seemed to give me an easy and effective solution to my internal hemorrhoids. I did learn to eat more fibre and bran to help with the stools so they would be easier to pass, but again not a complete cure which I wanted.

Back to my doctor who could only suggest more cream, or banding which would get rid of my current internal haemorrhoids, but not guarantee that I will not get more in the future.

That was not for me and I continued to look until I read an article from a Doctor J Davies about this all natural and easy to use cure for internal hemorrhoids that really worked. I needed to know more and what I found gave me the dietary information I wanted as well as all natural remedies, using everyday items I could get down my local shop.

I have not had any bleeding now for over 3 months and my doctor says he can find no sign of any internal hemorrhoids. So I have made this site in the hope that there is enough information for others to learn about internal hemorrhoids and how to cure them.

Click here if you want to see the cure I found and if it could help you too.

Why are Internal Hemorrhoids so hard to treat?

Unless you regularly check for the tell tale signs informing you that you have internal hemorrhoids then you could be living with them for a long time before they become you realize and they have become a major problem.

Just like with cancer not diagnosing internal hemorrhoids early makes them much harder to treat. So what should you look for to give you the early warning you need?

Signs of internal hemorrhoids:

·         Blood on stools

·         See blood on tissue

·         Feeling discomfort when passing stools.

Although these are very clear signs of internal hemorrhoids, let’s face it for most of us we do not tend to examine our stools or wipes looking for blood. Generally the original discovery of our internal hemorrhoids is either by a chance glance (takes a few as most dismiss them) at the bowl or something motivating you to look.

I wish I could say to you that the solution was as easy as buying that cream and using the applicator to reach that hard to reach place, would cure your internal hemorrhoids, but I would be lying. These creams are just a short fix, which means you will be watching your stools for the rest of your life.

By the time most people discover that they have internal hemorrhoids, they are at the stage when creams and oils are if lucky a temporary solutions and surgery extreme and no guarantee.  Even if you discover your internal hemorrhoids the truth is that most treatments out there will not on the long term help.

So what is the answer so we can cure our internal hemorrhoids?

Strangely enough your first port of call is generally the wrong one. That is the pharmacist or your local doctor. Please try them first, just so you really appreciate the value of H Miracle, which is the way I cured myself of internal hemorrhoids.

The strange thing is that H Miracle was recommended to me by a friend that had been cured with external hemorrhoids who said “It claims to cure both, so try it.”  Ok he ranted and raved a bit, but that is not relevant. What you need to know is that it worked – No I mean really worked.
