But please don't assume at this stage that the problem is related to your pregnancy and that you will need a c-section. Pregnancy does sometimes cause constipation and that could lead to hemorrhoids. But I have never heard or read of people having to have emergency c-sections due to that. So your pregnancy will not be affected. However, it is still a problem that needs to be dealt with asap. So, if your ob-gyn doctor is not available to help you out then my friendly suggestion to you would be to go to urgent care or even the emergency room. Also good ob-gyn practices generally have a nurse helpline or a doctor on call even when the office is closed to help pregnant women with emergency problems. It is not a good sign if your ob-gyn clinic does not have that. So you might also want to consider looking for a new ob-gyn practice. If they can't help you with a problem like this what is the guarantee that they will be there to support you whole-heartedly when you are in labor. Good luck.
