   Can Push ups,sit ups,crunch,leg lifts, or any type of ab exercise have any type of effect on my hemorrhoids ? I am only doing body weight exercises and not lifting no weights at all. Can this have any effect on my external hemorrhoids ?

   i think that would only be because cold reduces swelling, which is basically what hemorrhoids are

   I thought that hit only makes hemorrhoids bigger… more pain… what u have to do is same but without any salt and cold water, just sit for 10 min… should be enough… it wont cure it, but will decrease the size of it… so it will hurt less.

   if anyone has this do what i did just put nivea or nivia in the area and then go take a nap but put a cushion on your bottom so you dont feel the pain then when you wake up try getting up and walking around if it still burns then keep it on if it dosent then go to the restroom and wipe of the cream gently so it dosent hurt

   How does this cure it? At the end she says it is a relief. There is a difference.

   It’s like cutting your hair once or hundreds of times, your hair will still look bad if it doesn’t get cut on a periodic basis. One haircut doesn’t cure a bad hair day forever.

   Would you trust a doctor who can’t read what is in front of her? Table salt is Sodium Chloride. Epsom Salt is Magnesium Sulfate.They are not the same thing. The diagram is laughable. It’s almost like she’s too embarrased to say what she really needs to say and she has no script. How about some measurements. How much salt or espom to use per gallon lets say, hmm? This video is useless to anyone who actually needs details on how to do a sitz bath.

    Chemists who have been around a while can be very helpful so don’t forget to talk to them. For me drinking plenty of water, a high fibre diet, and Normacol work. When things have settled down walking is also good.
