   First of all, please do not consume any spicy foods and food with caffeine. Avoid oily and unhealthy food too.

   Control your diet, keep it simple and eat more veg & fruits. Drink lots of plain water. Do regular exercises.

   Can also check out this item call Nature’s Biotics, it is real good for colon cleanse. It uses SBOs (Soil-based organism) concept and is made in US.
