Ok this is really embarrassing but….for the past few weeks I have had hemorrhoids. It scared me at first because while I was going to the bathroom, I felt something protruding out and I thought it was like a tumor or something..but then looked my symptoms up and realized it was hemorrhoids. I have never had hemorrhoids before in my life that I know of. It’s an internal hemorrhoid and sometimes when I’m going to the bathroom I feel it…most of the time I can push it back in but sometimes it takes awhile. I’ve been incredibly sick to my stomach lately and I have no appetite. Also, my stomach growls ALL the time…even when I’m not hungry!!! Please help..what can I do? I just want this to go away :( . Also, what kinds of creams would be best?

I am not a doctor but, roids are normal. They are most common with young men, between 18-30. A common reason for them are strenuous bowel movements which causes a vein to protrude. They can take weeks to go away and if left untreated can become worse and may require emergency medical attention. More fiber in your diet will ease the pooping and lessen the chance of roids. There are creams that you can buy OTC to relieve the pain and itching. If it’s a really bad one then you should see a doctor. They can burst and bleed and it’s just not cool. SO take care of yourself and if I were you I would go see a doc anyway since it is your first experience with these.

Personally the best thing I have found for hemorrhoids is to have a better diet of fruits and vegetables. No processed foods. I think using creams and things would only help it heal. To prevent them and stop them coming back definitely look at the diet.
